Project Overview
To celebrate its 75th anniversary, Manheim launched a nationwide internal brand campaign designed to unite its network of auction locations under a shared milestone moment. The campaign theme, “Seize the Momentum,” reflected the company’s legacy of leadership in the wholesale auto industry and its continued drive toward innovation.
The celebration included a coordinated rollout of internal-facing marketing materials — digital signage, event assets, printed collateral, and branded swag — all delivered to 75+ Manheim auctions across the U.S.
My Role
As a Project Manager in the Brand Marketing–Creative Studio at Cox Enterprises, I oversaw the creative production and delivery of campaign materials to every participating location. My responsibilities included:
Managing timelines for digital signage and downloadable assets across internal platforms
Coordinating stakeholder approvals, file preparation, and delivery logistics
Overseeing print production and distribution of branded promotional kits and swag
Acting as the central point of contact between creative, marketing ops, and field teams to ensure brand consistency
