Project Overview

To celebrate its 75th anniversary, Manheim launched a nationwide internal brand campaign designed to unite its network of auction locations under a shared milestone moment. The campaign theme, “Seize the Momentum,” reflected the company’s legacy of leadership in the wholesale auto industry and its continued drive toward innovation.

The celebration included a coordinated rollout of internal-facing marketing materials — digital signage, event assets, printed collateral, and branded swag — all delivered to 75+ Manheim auctions across the U.S.

My Role

As a Project Manager in the Brand Marketing–Creative Studio at Cox Enterprises, I oversaw the creative production and delivery of campaign materials to every participating location. My responsibilities included:

  • Managing timelines for digital signage and downloadable assets across internal platforms

  • Coordinating stakeholder approvals, file preparation, and delivery logistics

  • Overseeing print production and distribution of branded promotional kits and swag

  • Acting as the central point of contact between creative, marketing ops, and field teams to ensure brand consistency
