Project Overview

Simmons University partnered with 2U to launch a portfolio of new online nursing programs, including the BSN to DNP and MSN in Leadership tracks. The goal was to increase accessibility for aspiring nurse leaders by offering stackable pathways to earn both an MSN and DNP with new specializations in Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Executive Leadership.

The creative effort spanned multiple teams and asset types, including updates to admissions pages, tuition and application materials, paid campaigns, and email journeys, all requiring precise coordination and timely delivery.

My Role

As the Senior Creative Project Manager on the Simmons Nursing degree launches, I led the end-to-end asset development and delivery process. I coordinated reviews and approvals across design, copy, compliance, QA, and marketing operations, and ensured tight alignment with the Web and Email Operations teams.

I kept stakeholders across content, strategy, production, and leadership informed and engaged throughout the compressed launch window.

Outcome

All launch assets were finalized and delivered to the Web and Email Ops teams one week ahead of schedule, with no escalations or delays. My leadership helped ensure a clean handoff, early deployment, and a confident public rollout of Simmons’s new nursing programs.
