Project Overview
Gulf State Toyota ran monthly regional campaigns across digital, print, and paid media channels to promote auto incentives across vehicle lines, including flagship seasonal efforts like Toyotathon. These campaigns involved rolling creative calendars, frequent updates, and rapid turnaround on assets.
Each campaign cycle required coordination across internal teams, agency partners, and the Bogotá production studio to deliver on-brand materials aligned with evolving incentive data and regional messaging needs.
My Role
As the Project Manager at Formerly Known As (a Publicis Groupe agency), I owned the creative timeline and asset workflow for each monthly campaign. I collaborated closely with the Account Director, Senior Designers, Copywriter, QA, and the Bogotá production team to ensure smooth creative development and review cycles. I also managed budget reconciliation and prepared monthly burn reports, providing financial visibility and pacing insights to internal leads and the client.
